Common Footage and Blumhouse have premiered the primary trailer for “Converse No Evil,” the American remake of 2022 Danish psychological horror thriller “Gaesterne”.
The mission is penned and directed by filmmaker James Watkins who created the Daniel Radcliffe-led remake of “The Girl in Black” and the infamously brutal “Eden Lake” starring Michael Fassbender, Kelly Reilly and Jack O’Connell
The story follows an American household who’re invited by a pair and their mute son to their nation home for a weekend vacation.
The hosts quickly start to check the boundaries of their friends because the state of affairs escalates – initially from passive-aggressive behaviours to a darkish secret associated to the hosts and this cabin.
Mackenzie Davis and Scoot McNairy play the invited household while James McAvoy and Aisling Franciosi play the hosts. Alix West Lefler and Daniel Hough play the children of the respective households.
The script is predicated on the 2022 authentic by Christian Tafdrup and Mads Tafdrup. Jason Blum and Paul Ritchie are producing.
“Converse No Evil” will open in cinemas on September thirteenth.
