Amazon Prime Video has released a new promo trailer reel showcasing what’s coming in the next few months from the streaming giant.
The biggest reveals are that the second season of “Reacher” arrives in December, the Donald Glover-led series remake of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” hits in November, and both “The Boys” spin-off “Gen V” and the second season of “The Wheel of Time” hits in September.
Footage from each of those is shown, along with glimpses of upcoming films like “Candy Cane Lane” with Eddie Murphy, “The Burial” with Jamie Foxx, “A Million Miles Away” with Michael Pena, and Gael Garcia Bernal in “Cassandro”.
The new season of “Reacher” is based on Lee Child’s 11th book in the series “Bad Luck and Trouble” and sees Reacher setting out to find answers when members of his old military unit turn up dead.
Serinda Swan, Ferdinand Kingsley and Robert Patrick join the show’s cast as series regulars. Maria Sten will return as Frances Neagley, while Shaun Sipos plays David O’Donnell
The series is produced by Amazon Studios, Skydance Television & Paramount TV Studios, with Child also serving as an executive producer with showrunner Nick Santora.
