Apple TV+ has premiered the trailer for its new historic drama collection “The New Look” starring Ben Mendelsohn as Christian Dior and Juliette Binoche as Coco Chanel.
Todd A. Kessler is behind the collection which is impressed by true occasions and set in opposition to the World Conflict II Nazi occupation of Paris.
This focuses on a second within the twentieth century when the French metropolis led the world again to life by its trend icon Christian Dior.
As Dior rises to prominence along with his groundbreaking, iconic imprint of magnificence and affect, Chanel’s reign because the world’s most well-known clothier is put into jeopardy.
The saga follows the shocking tales of Dior’s contemporaries and rivals from Chanel to Pierre Balmain, Cristobal Balenciaga and extra.
Additionally onboard are Maisie Williams as Catherine Dior, John Malkovich as Lucien Lelong, Emily Mortimer as Elsa Lombardi, Claes Bang as Spatz and Glenn Shut as Carmel Snow.
Jack Antonoff produces and curates the sound monitor with the likes of Nick Cave, Florence Welch, Lana Del Rey and extra doing covers of songs of the interval.
Kessler writes, directs and government produces with Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark A. Baker. The primary three episodes will premiere on February 14th adopted by one episode dropping each Wednesday by April third.
