Cancel your plans for tomorrow night, because we have a virtual concert, featuring some of the biggest names in music to attend. Confused? We’ll explain. At 10pm GST tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 8, regional singing sensations Ali Gatie, Balqees, Maya Diab, Ragheb Alama, Mishaal and more are performing a special set to give back to those affected by the blasts that took place in Beirut, Lebanon on Aug. 4.
The virtual concert will also see international stars such as Bebe Rexha, French Montana, Massari, The Chainsmokers, and Craig David perform, is free to stream on the Anghami app and on Lebanon TV.
How the Event Will Give Back to Those In Need
While the event is free to stream, guests will be able to donate a sum of their choosing through the Anghami App. Those watching the concert on Lebanon TV will be able to donate online. All proceeds from The Sound of Beirut music festival will be donated to the Global Aid for Lebanon campaign, a collaboration with the UN World Food Programme that aims to raise funds for the those impacted by the Beirut explosions.

The world has truly come together to support this cause, but we know more needs to be done so please tune in to see these fantastic acts, and give generously,” explains Angahmi’s Chief Executive, Eddy Maroun.
