
Amazon Prime Video has premiered the trailer for the inspirational true story “A Million Miles Away”. The story is a tackle the real-life story of NASA flight engineer Jose Hernandez.
The movie follows him (Michael Peña) and his devoted household of proud migrant farm staff on a decades-long journey, from a rural village in Michoacan, Mexico, to the fields of the San Joaquin Valley, to greater than 200 miles above the Earth within the Worldwide House Station.
With the assist of his hard-working dad and mom, family, and academics, Jose’s unrelenting drive & willpower culminates within the alternative to realize his seemingly inconceivable purpose.
Acclaimed filmmaker Alejandra Márquez (“Northern Skies Over Empty House,” “The Good Women”) directs the movie whereas Garret Dillahunt (“Deadwood”), Rosa Salazar (“Alita: Battle Angel”), Bobby Soto (“Narcos: Mexico”), Sarayu Blue (“To All of the Boys”) and Veronica Falcon (“Ozark”) co-star.
The mission relies on the autobiography “Reaching for the Stars” with the late Bettina Gilois writing the preliminary script that has since been labored on by Hernan Jimenez and Abella. Mark Ciardi and Campbell McInnes are producing.
“A Million Miles Away” will launch globally on Prime Video on September fifteenth.
